All Hardcore Training Center workouts are centered around the most effective total-body functional movements that will elevate your fitness and change your life. Train smarter not harder... you don't need to get sunburned to get tan.
Fitness, like life, is multi-dimensional and has many facets which need to be attended to. Fitness can be distilled into nine essential elements, all of which are important in life and sports; strength, endurance, coordination, agility, power, flexibility, balance, diet, and lifestyle. Our job as a fitness professionals is to help you integrate the essential elements of fitness into your life so you can look, feel and function at your very best. It's not how hard you train, it's how you train that makes you the youngest and best version of yourself.
TRXTREME STRENGTH & CONDITIONING CLASS
MON & THURS AT 12:00 & 5:30.
This Class Is designed for someone who is athletically inclined and has a solid base level of fitness. Two hits of this class per week and you will see and fell your body get stronger.
KIDS MOVEMENT SKILLS AND POWER CLASS
TUESDAYS AT 5:30
This is a super fun hard and effective class for developing overall athleticism, strength and stamina and get super fit for any sport. (9-14 years)
SPECIAL FORCES CIRCUIT TRAINING CLASS
WED & FRIDAYS AT 12:00.
This class consists of short burst of high intensity cardio and total body functional movements. This class is advanced, moves quickly and requires a solid base of athleticism and strength.
TUESDAYS AT 5:30
This class consists of 45 mins of happy TRX, cardio and circuit. Class size is limited because it will run at the same time (but different rooms) as the Kids class.
Is all about you... your goals, your body, your injury history, your capabilities on any particular workout day. One-to-One training will move you toward your fitness goals in the most time-efficient and effective way possible. Every minute of your session is specifically tailored to maximize the physiological adaptations that you need to achieve your health and fitness goals. This type of training is particularly advantageous for individuals who have had injuries or have very specific training goals.
Training with your significant other or friends is a fun and effective way to get fit. If you're looking for an affordable, effective, and fun workout experience with your peers, this is the way to go. You can build your own workout group of up to six people or I can add you to another group. Everyone works at their own level and gets the personal attention they need to get the safest and most effective workout !
